HTML Language Codes

HTML Language Code can be defined using the attribute lang on the element <html> to specify the language of a web page, which is being used by search engines and browsers.

The language codes are two-character codes that determine the language of web page content.

In the below example, the language code en for English.

<html lang="en">
......
</html>

Along with the language code, we can also specify a country code. For more details on country codes, check this link - HTML Country Codes.
